Acceptance

By accessing streamflowcorehub.digital or requesting a briefing from Streamflow Core Hub, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit forms.

Services described

Pages describe trade marketing programs — in-store activations, sell-in kits, retail audits, and trade show support. Descriptions are informational. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written quotation or statement of work.

Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original materials are owned by Streamflow Core Hub or its licensors. You may not copy program documents, promoter cards, or kit structures supplied under engagement without written permission. Client-supplied artwork remains the client’s property.

Briefings and estimates

Form submissions and emails are requests for information. They do not reserve field dates until a deposit is received as stated in the quotation. Estimates may change when store lists, chain rules, or timelines change.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Streamflow Core Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. For contracted field work, liability is limited as set out in the applicable statement of work and does not include guaranteed retail sales outcomes.

Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false contact details.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, unless a statement of work specifies otherwise for a particular engagement.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
